Seema Mittal, our architect, put together an incredible design for our dream house" that integrated the surrounding environment and the structure to be built. Her primary strength lies in her strong creative ability. The visual impact of her designs are powerful and are an integration of her creativity and ability to transform simple spaces into grander schemes. Ms. Mittal also enhances any design by maximizing small spaces and building utility out of seemingly 'lost areas.' Our house designs were completed on schedule and were approved by the City of Los Altos Hills in record time. Additionally, several times some of the experienced and accomplished architects who work at the City were heard to remark that "Seema is extremely talented."  On our project, Seema also managed all the different components that went into getting the plans approved by the City. This included Civil Engineering services, Geotechnical services, Structural engineering as well as landscape architect services. It has been a very pleasant experience working with Seema largely because of the fact that she paid close attention to what we, the clients, needed in our house and has very satisfactorily incorporated our ideas into a well-thought out design.
